Scope
This notice covers the Cypress Automation marketing website and its Practice Review request form. Cypress provides automation services to law firms; it is not a law firm or a legal-advice service. This form is not a confidential matter portal. Client-system processing, if separately engaged, is governed by the firm’s written service and data-handling agreements.
Information the form collects
The request form collects first name, optional last name, work email, firm or practice name, optional website address, an automation priority, a description of the administrative workflow, optional current-software details and an optional deployment preference. It also records the submission and its status. Please leave out client names, case facts, documents, credentials, financial account details and other sensitive information.
How information is used
We use the information to respond, assess fit, discuss scheduling and scope, prepare a proposed engagement, manage communications, maintain submission records and address privacy or security requests. Submitting the form does not authorize payment or enroll you in an unrelated marketing campaign. We do not ask for client materials to make an initial assessment.
Service providers and sharing
Wix provides website hosting, form processing and related contact/submission storage. External font and media services may receive ordinary connection data when resources load. Hosting and form providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details, timestamps, referrers and security logs. Information may also be handled by authorized personnel and contracted service providers needed to respond or provide agreed services, or disclosed where legally required or to address security and legal claims. Information may be processed outside your state or country.
The request form is cloud-hosted. Local-processing options described for customer workflows do not mean this public website or form runs inside your office. See Wix’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy notice for their respective services.
Cookies and measurement
The marketing-page code does not add advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral analytics. Wix and other providers may use essential or security-related technologies on their services. Successful requests are recorded in Wix Forms; a button click or direct thank-you-page visit is not treated as a verified submission. The site’s own code does not change behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals because it does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking. Provider behavior is subject to the provider’s settings and notices.
Retention
Request and correspondence records are retained only while reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or carry out an engagement, maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes or satisfy legal obligations. Relevant factors include whether discussions are active, an engagement exists, or a legal/security hold applies. Deletion is reviewed and handled on request; this website does not promise an automatic deletion schedule. Backup and provider-held records may remain through applicable backup cycles or legal retention periods. You may ask about the retention applicable to your record.
Access, correction and deletion
For privacy requests, access, correction, deletion or general questions, email privacy@cypressautomation.ai. Include the email address used for the original inquiry and a brief description of the request. Do not send client names, case facts, documents, passwords or identity documents unless a secure verification process is separately arranged. We may reasonably verify identity and retain information where law permits or requires. A privacy request is not a paid Practice Review.
Security and choices
Do not send passwords or confidential documents through this form. Operational access should be limited to people who need it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You may decline optional fields, stop using the form, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up. The site is directed to business users, not children under 13.
Changes
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes affecting previously collected information will be explained through a prominent notice or direct communication as appropriate. Rights available under applicable law are not limited by this notice.
