Website Terms
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Website purpose
This website is operated by Cypress Automation, LLC, doing business as Cypress Automation. Cypress Automation describes and offers workflow implementation and managed automation services for law firms. Website information is general service information, not legal advice. Cypress is not a law firm. Visiting or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship or a service engagement.
Requests, pricing and engagements
A form submission is a request to discuss fit and scheduling, not an appointment confirmation or authorization to charge. The Practice Review is $750, credited toward an implementation as agreed. “From” prices describe starting scopes, not fixed quotes for every practice. A written agreement must define deliverables, exclusions, timelines, payment, support, third-party charges, data handling, termination and any minimum term before services begin.
Professional responsibility
The firm remains responsible for legal judgment, conflicts, representation, verified deadlines, filings, substantive communications, trust accounts and oversight. Illustrative previews are not client results or proof of an operational integration. Software compatibility, local processing and automatic actions must be assessed and documented for each workflow.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or impersonate others. Provide only information you have authority to share. Do not submit client names, case facts, documents, passwords or other sensitive information through the public form.
Content and third parties
Cypress branding, original site material and licensed third-party assets remain subject to their respective rights. Linked services have their own terms and privacy notices. References to software products do not imply affiliation, endorsement or a guaranteed integration.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. These terms do not replace a signed service agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives statutory rights.
Governing law and venue
These Website Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Website Terms must be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Monterey County, California; if exclusive federal jurisdiction applies, venue is in the federal court serving Monterey County. Nothing in this clause limits nonwaivable rights or overrides different terms in a signed service agreement.
Contact and updates
For general questions or privacy requests, email privacy@cypressautomation.ai without client information. Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted with a revised date; changes do not silently amend a signed engagement.
